I went into 3 camera stores within this area. This was the only one that didn't feel like a used car lot. These guys were casual and helpful. I needed a camera strap. The price was good. AND they took my old strap off and put my new strap on. This is actually not a very easy job. But Albert took the time to carefully put on my new strap. If you need camera stuff near the French Quarter go here!

Amazing customer service. Fixed my camera lens issue for free, required cleaning. I bought a lens cleaning kit to support the business. Great people!

Easily a five star rating, I was in a emergency situation where my camera died and I called to see if they had the right type of battery I need and they did, the store worker went out his way to charge it for me before I even got there without me asking. And I was able to continue shooting photos for the rest of the night!!!!

I have bought every piece of camera equipment I own from The Camera Stop. I literally walked into the store with absolutely no idea of what I wanted, or what anything was or how anything worked at all. I explained my situation.. and the salesman was able to help me pick the perfect set up. I have never had a problem with the products. I guarantee they have the best prices in town - I always end up having to ask other stores if they can match the prices. what i really liked also was that they took the time to explain how to use every piece of equipment for my camera..i would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Decided to buy a local sim rather than pay roaming charges. Got a 45 dollar Verizon sim for unlimited calls and data, saved me a fortune. They even put the sim in the mobile for you if you need help. Great service

They were able to provide me with a charger and new battery. Had to return a couple of times for the proper battery but they were so nice. I also was able to get a new lense. Would definitely return if ever in New Orleans again. Thank you for the great service!!!!

They helped me when I desperately needed someone to check my cell phone due to no screen . They were persistent and managed to get in my phone and transfer my info. They sold me a new phone and help me set it up. Joey, found the problem but the other two men were also knowledgable. I'm truly happy to have found this shop and these people.
